When NOAA/ESRL calculates global radiative forcing (Table 2) there seems to be no contribution from water vapor. How come?

$\begingroup$ It says: "Because we seek an index that is accurate, only direct forcing from these gases has been included. Model-dependent feedbacks, for example, due to water vapor and ozone depletion, are not included." $\endgroup$ – Keith McClary May 13 at 22:44
