I am using GFS forecast files from here: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/model-data/model-datasets/global-forcast-system-gfs

and processing them with cfgrib: https://github.com/ecmwf/cfgrib which I loaded via anaconda.

I am trying to find the wind data (u,v) for different pressure levels. Right now I can only seem to find (u,v) for the pressure level closest to the surface. Is there 3D data in these files? If so how do I find it?
